Thank You Card Discount Code — Terms & Conditions

  • Discount codes are provided with qualifying purchases from Stryke
  • Discount applies to eligible items only
  • Discounts cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Discount value is 10%, subject to product and pricing
  • Promotional purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only (no cash refunds)
  • If items purchased as part of a promotion are returned, all items must be returned together
  • Offers cannot be combined unless stated
  • Stryke reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time

Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Stryke reserves the right to accept or decline any order at any time, including after payment has been received. We also reserve the right to supply less than the quantity ordered if required.

Fraud Prevention

All orders are subject to payment verification and fraud checks.

We may request additional information to verify your order. Orders will not be dispatched until security checks are complete.

If we are unable to verify the order or you do not respond to verification requests, the order may be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $100 (Stryke may run promotions with a different minimum order value for free shipping from time to time)
  • $9.95 flat rate for standard metro shipping
  • $17.95 flat rate for express shipping

Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same business day.

Customers selecting Express Shipping (no signature) authorise parcels to be left unattended. Replacement is only available where the carrier confirms the parcel was lost in transit.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Stryke is not responsible for delays, missed delivery instructions, or carrier-related issues.

Large orders may be split into multiple consignments without notice. Tracking details will be provided for all shipments.

Returns, Refunds, Store Credit & Warranty

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit, subject to our Returns Policy.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Faulty items will have return shipping covered by Stryke
  • All returns require prior approval and a return authorisation number (RMA#)

Stryke reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our guidelines. If a return is rejected, return shipping back to the customer must be paid before the item is released.

Pricing

Prices may change without notice.

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). International pricing is an estimate based on exchange rates.

International orders may incur duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may not be possible, or a cancellation fee may apply if we are able to recall the parcel.

Typographical Errors

If a product is listed with incorrect pricing or information due to a typographical error or supplier issue, Stryke reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order, even after confirmation.
