30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How to Return

• Email us at info@stryke.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
• We'll send you a return authorisation and shipping instructions within 48 hours.
• Pack items securely and ship back using a tracked service — you are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges at no extra cost (one exchange per order). Email us and we'll reserve your new size while your return is in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale or clearance.
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Items without original tags.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
