Standard Shipping (Australia)
– Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $89*
– $11.95 flat rate for orders under $89
Please note: free or flat-rate shipping may not apply if your order includes a heavy
or ultra-heavy item (see below).
A Note on Heavy Items
We do our best to offer free shipping wherever possible. However, very large or
heavy items cost more to transport.
– Items over 20kg are shipped at a fixed rate of $99, $199, or $299, depending
on your delivery address
– An additional $50 fee applies to any item over 40kg
– Heavy-item shipping costs are calculated and shown before checkout
– Express Shipping is not available for heavy products
These charges help cover the extra handling and freight costs associated with bulky
items.
Express Shipping (Australia)
Need your fight wear fast? Express Shipping is the best option.
– Express Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your order’s
size, weight, and delivery location
– To see the cost, simply add items to your cart and enter your postcode at
checkout

We ship orders using:
– Australia Post
– StarTrack
– TGE (Team Global Express)

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched and is ready for pickup by the carrier:
– You’ll receive an email with tracking details
– You can also track your order by logging into your account, selecting your
order, and clicking “Track”
Things to Keep in Mind
– Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are eligible for same-day dispatch
– Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next business day
– Weekend orders are prepared over the weekend and dispatched on Monday
– Delivery times are calculated in business days only (excluding public
holidays)
On rare occasions, if an item cannot be located in our warehouse, we’ll contact you
as soon as possible and do our best to keep your order on schedule.
While our delivery partners do an excellent job, delays can occasionally happen. For
example, Australia Post advises that 90% of delayed parcels arrive within three
business days of the estimated delivery date.
If:
– Your Standard Shipping order is 4+ business days late, or
– Your Express Shipping order is 2+ business days late

New Zealand Shipping
Delivery Times
All New Zealand orders are sent via Australia Post Express Courier International.
– Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days
– Some customers have reported delivery as fast as overnight
Customs & Duties (New Zealand)
– Orders over NZD $175 may incur customs charges
– These fees are set by New Zealand customs and are not controlled by
Stryke
– All customs charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery
Please note:
– Orders cannot be returned to sender
– Stryke cannot pay customs fees on your behalf
– If customs charges are refused, the parcel may be abandoned, and Stryke will
not be responsible for any resulting loss
– We cannot mark international orders as gifts—this is illegal, and we do not
participate in this practice
